Nose:Notes of green pepper, slightly spicy.

Mouth:Subtle and elegant start, both in aroma and in the mouth. Large volume in the mouth, with silky texture. Slight smoked notes. Very well defined set, pure reflection of the terroir.

SOIL AND TOPOGRAPHY: Sandy, flat land.
