A limited production of 1775 bottles, all signed by the owner, José Lobo de Vasconcelos. This first edition of Vinha do Tojal is a tribute to Dª Sophia, his mother, who took over all the family business in the 1980s, when there was a huge transformation in the entire agricultural sector and wine was no exception.
Falcoaria
It was on these lands that grandiose royal hunts with falcons once took place, and the 16th-century dovecote still stands majestically today, keeping within it the memories of the Noble Art of Falconry. In homage to this tradition, the name Falcoaria was given to one of the Quinta's most emblematic wine ranges. Falcoaria wines are made from centuries-old vines and only in exceptional years. They express the highest quality.

Sparkling Wine Monge
Two raw white sparkling wines were produced exclusively from the Castelão grape variety and are therefore called Blanc de NoirExuberant, with fine and persistent bubbles, Monge stands out with notes of red fruit while Monge Reserva brings out soft nuances of white fruit, buttery notes and toast.
